The Elliptecmotor™ can easily be integrated into all types of applications. In order to help customers to quickly get to know the novel drive concept, a useful Starter Kit has been developed. The Starter-Kit helps to quickly get a grasp of the advantages and features of the Elliptecmotor™ so that development of functional models and prototypes is significantly accelerated.
The Starter Kit is mailed in a sturdy case. It is bundled with a power supply and an extensive documentation CD and contains these three components:
User-Interface-Board
The board allows you to display and to manually (pushbuttons) modify the motor’s parameters, such as speed and frequency of operation. With this board you can quickly explore the spectrum of possibilities.
Ellipteccontroller™
The Ellipteccontroller™ is a small microcontroller module for linear and rotary Elliptecmotor™ applications. It fits into a slot on the User-Interface-Board but may also be operated stand-alone. With preset parameters, the module may directly be used in your application to control the Elliptecmotor™.
If you need to modify the control software or if you need to implement complex motor trajectories, you can also request a programming device or a customized software solution.
Motor Unit
The Elliptecmotor™ and the driven element (either a wheel or a pushrod) are both mounted onto a plastic support and are ready for use.
Customization
Besides the standard motor, we can also provide modified and completely customized motor versions. The actuator characteristics can be specifically tailored to your application.
We have modern vibration analyzer at our disposal, ranging from laser vibrometers to laser interferometry and other precision instruments. We apply our technical know-how and equipment to the innovation of your products.
