Master models for rubber moulds
DigitalWax 010 plus is the latest rapid prototyping and production technology applied to the jewellery industry. Its wide working area, measuring 200x200x60 mm, is suitable for jewellery models of any size and shape.
DigitalWax 010+ process
The 3D models are built with the aid of a proprietary photo-sensitive resin that is hardened by a special Laser light. The new BluEdge laser source specifically developed to guarantee high performance and long duration. Thanks to the layer-by-layer forming technology, there are no limits to the geometric complexity of the models: undercuts, cavities, thin surfaces and complex shapes can be created without any difficulty.
New high-performance resins for direct casting and rubber moulds
A new generation of photo-sensitive resins is now available for the most exigent demands. Our range is composed by transparent resins, resins for direct casting and resins for rubber moulds applications, both liquid and vulcanized moulding rubber.
Extremely convenient
DigitalWax 010 plus works automatically, unmanned, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The running cost is the lowest in the market: the only component subject to consumption in the process is the resin, and only the precise quantity necessary to make the model is used. There is no wastage.
