The CNC 60 is the ideal
flat bed plug and play solution for milling larger parts
in 3 or 4 axes. It is available in a range of sizes to suit
a variety of applications. And it may be customised to suit
your specific needs. The CNC 60 allows access to move
around all sides of the machine to move the material about
and to clamp it to the bed. It is particularly well suited
to furniture making where large flat material is used. Industrially
proven in the prototyping, electronics, engraving & glue
laying markets, this machine is equally esteemed in the classroom.
Simple to operate and yet robust enough to cope with mistreatment
from any student.
The CNC 60 comes standard with 2-phase high torque
stepping motor for dry cutting of plastic, wood and model
board up to 80mm/sec. The CNC 60 also offers the high
performance servo driven control option for those with
more demanding requirements allowing to cut non-ferrous
metal up to 100 mm/sec (requires a PCI card for your computer).
The CNC 60 also comes standard with software to drive
the machine, and can be operated with a whole range of
CAD and CAM software using any Windows 98, 2000, XP computer
via serial cable.
Simply design your model on the computer (in any CAD software),
create your tool paths (with CAM software), and with the
push of a button drive your machine to do the cutting.
